Diving at Sado Island: May 18: Lake Kamo and Umezu, photo 1

This is Koide from Sado!

Today we did shore dives at Lake Kamo and Umezu.

Our guests were celebrating dive number 666

and dive number 555,

so it became a celebration dive for the two of them!

Under a clear blue sky, the color of the sea was lovely, and the water temp was around 16 to 18 degrees.

We enjoyed a relaxing, soothing sea.

The eelgrass was in bloom,

we met an akebono umiushi nudibranch,

and we took our time watching nabeka (a blenny) guarding their eggs...

Lake Kamo and Umezu are both a little niche, but they are favorite dive sites of mine that always feel soothing.

With a fun group, we laughed a lot and dove again today.

Thank you to everyone who joined us!

Congratulations on your 666th and 555th dives!
