Cancel Policy
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fee applies if diving is cancelled by the shop due to bad weather conditions.
Fun Diving / Trial Diving / Events

Cancellations after 7:00 PM on the day before are treated as same-day cancellations.
PADI Certification Courses

Diving Tours

Cancellation fees must be paid within 10 days of notification, either in person at the shop or via bank transfer.
Additional Notes
- If accommodation was arranged through our shop, cancellation fees from the accommodation will be charged according to their policy.
- Since our business hours end at 7:00 PM, any contact received after 7:00 PM will be processed as the following day's cancellation.

Equipment Storage Service
Store your equipment at our Sado shop. Travel light to Sado and start diving right away.
Mesh Bag (1 bag)
¥1,000/month
Jul / Aug / Sep: ¥2,000/month
Annual: ¥15,000 (approx. ¥42/day)
Wetsuit (1 suit)
¥500/month
Jul / Aug / Sep: ¥1,000/month
Annual: ¥7,500 (approx. ¥20/day)
Drysuit (1 suit)
¥500/month
Jul / Aug / Sep: ¥1,000/month
Annual: ¥7,500 (approx. ¥20/day)
- Eligible items: Mesh bags, wetsuits, drysuits (rolling luggage/carry cases not eligible)
- Please rinse and wash your equipment yourself after diving
- If we do not hear from you within 1 month after your storage period ends, equipment will be returned via collect-on-delivery shipping
