A last minute night dive with guests coming straight from work!
We left the shop at 18:00 and entered the water at 7:30.
Smooth, right?
It was there today: a dangouo!
It was resting on the seaweed.
Just like a little stone.
The photo below is a sunabikunin, a member of the dangouo family.
It moves around much faster than a dangouo, so it's a really difficult fish to photograph.

It finally made an appearance!

It's the largest octopus in the world!
If you see one, please don't provoke it, and swim away!
It seems ainame sleep at night too.
Even while sleeping, they stay still right by their eggs.
At night it's easy to get a shot of the parent together with its eggs, so I recommend it!
The egg masses are as beautiful as ever!
