Whether you're visiting Sado for sightseeing or testing the waters before getting certified, our half-day trial dive fits right into your schedule. We run this program year-round and have guided thousands of first-timers into the blue.
June to October = peak season with the best visibility. These slots fill up fast, so book early to lock in your date.

Requirements
Open to anyone aged 10 and up.
*Guests 60+ need a doctor's medical clearance beforehand. If you have a history of surgery, chronic conditions, or take regular medication, clearance may also be required. Please check the medical questionnaire in advance.

*No hidden fees: this covers everything.
*Pay on the day: cash or PayPay.
*All gear included. Just show up.

*Can't swim? That's okay, as long as you're comfortable being in water, you're good to go.
*Under 18? A parent or guardian must sign on the day.

How Your Day Unfolds
From arrival to your first breath underwater
Meet Us at the Dive Point
The night before, we'll email your group leader with the meeting time, location, and a quick packing reminder. You'll make your own way to the dive point. No car? Grab a rental ahead of time.
Paperwork & Briefing
Quick paperwork, then a relaxed land briefing. We'll walk you through breathing, ear equalization, and safety basics, simple enough for a 10-year-old to follow.
Duration: approx. 30 min
Change & Gear Up
Wetsuit on, let's go! Don't worry about the heavy tank; it's practically weightless once you're in the water. Our staff gear you up in the shallows, so there's nothing to stress about.
Duration: approx. 20 min
Practice in Shallow Water
We ease into the shallows and practice the essentials. Your first breath through a regulator is a wild feeling. Slow, deep breaths are all it takes.
Duration: approx. 10 min
LET'S DIVE!
This is the moment. Colorful fish, curious sea creatures, and the weightless silence of another world. Summer visibility regularly tops 20 meters, and sunlight rippling across the sandy bottom is something you have to see to believe.

Change & Checkout
Rinse off, change, and relive the highlights. Showers, changing rooms, and restrooms are all on-site. Oh, and every underwater photo we took? Yours to keep, on the house.
