This is Koide from Sado.
The sea around Sado really is wonderful.
Yesterday, we dove in the Washizaki area for the first time in a while.
The moment we entered the water, a gentle world of light blue spread out around us.
Sunlight streamed into the water, and schools of chagara (a small goby) and damselfish danced through it.
Swimming surrounded by fish, I was reminded once again that the sea around Sado is something special.
Summer conditions are at their best!
Water temp: 26°C
Visibility: over 20m
“I had forgotten how good the sea feels.”
It was a day that brought that feeling back.
The charm of Sado's sea is not only in the spectacular; it is in its gentle blue and its abundant fish.
Please come and see this view for yourself.
The photo was kindly provided by one of our guests. Thank you for such a lovely shot.
