This is Koide from Sado!
Fun diving at Kitakoura today
Today I dove at Kitakoura with two regular guests from Niigata.
First up was Nagate.
Visibility was high and summery light filled the water, making it a really pleasant dive. The seaweed was beautiful too, and the baby chagara (a goby) swimming energetically all around were so soothing.
The second dive was at Akaiwa.
We had the two of them write tanzaku (paper wish strips) too
and attached them underwater.
Kojiro the kobudai (Asian sheepshead wrasse) was in great shape again today and came out to greet us.
The water temperature has risen to 22.5°C, and the season when even a wetsuit is comfortable has finally arrived.
I'm looking forward more and more to Sado's summer sea!
