Good evening!
This is Chika Nakagawa from Freeway.
It rained from time to time, but...
on the boat it was sunny ☀️
We dove at Kitakoura for the first time in a while!
Dive 1 was the shipwreck 🚢
A lively kobudai (Asian sheepshead wrasse) came out to greet us 🐟
At this time of year the kobudai don't come out much, so...
we were really lucky!
Dive 2 was Akaiwa 🪨
We went all in on macro!
There was a toragisu (a sandperch), one of the seasonal visitor fish,
Igaguriumiushi,
Nisehakusenminoumiushi,
our ever reliable kokeginpo (a small blenny),
and plenty of amimehagi (a small filefish) and chagara (a small goby) too.
It was a fun sea 🏖️
And...
Dear Miura!
Thank you for this wonderful photo 😊
I totally went for it and jumped into the shot 🤣
A photo that makes me so happy!
Thank you so much for the two days 😊
I'm so glad we got to see kinubari (a banded goby) guarding their eggs too!
(↑ We actually saw this on October 26 👍)
There are still lots more creatures I want to show you!
We hope to see you again!
The sea is really fun every day!
I'll be working here until around November 10!
Hope to see you!
Little by little, it's becoming the season when it's nice to have something to throw on (a windbreaker or similar).
