October 9: Celebrating 400 Dives in a Sea Full of Fish, photo 1

Good evening!

This is Chika Nakagawa from Freeway.

Today we dove at Ogi!

A sea packed with damselfish!

Visibility was a little poor, but...

in among all those fish...!

it showed up again today! A hiramasa (yellowtail amberjack)!

It was big and powerful 🐟

For macro...

besides the regular Shiroumiushi, Aoumiushi, Kiiroiboumiushi, Koiboumiushi and Sarasaumiushi nudibranchs,

a pair of Igaguriumiushi

and a kokeginpo (a small blenny) peeking out.

And!

Today we had a guest celebrating 400 dives 👏

Thank you for celebrating your milestone dive here on Sado!

Please keep on diving lots!

Next stop, 500 dives!

We look forward to seeing you again 😊

Another great day in the sea 🏖️

Thank you so much!

Little by little, it's becoming the season when it's nice to have something to throw on (a windbreaker or similar).

Today's sea conditions

Air temp
20 to 22°C
Water temp
24 to 25°C (the water is warm this year)
Visibility
around 10 to 12 m
Suit
50% wetsuit / 50% drysuit
  • Depending on the air temperature, you may feel a little chilly during breaks on land.
