Good evening!
This is Chika Nakagawa from Freeway.
Yesterday and today, our fun diving team...
dove at Kitakoura!
There are still tons of fish!
But even so!
On both days we did slow, careful macro dives 🤿
There were seasonal visitor fish, like a juvenile minamihakofugu (yellow boxfish) and a juvenile lionfish (about 5 cm),
so it's a fun season for macro too!
This lionfish was about 10 cm!
With its pectoral fins spread wide, it's beautiful!
And...
another find 💡
amimehagi (a small filefish) eggs 🥚
This year they're late, and there are lots of them, so you can see them in all sorts of places!
If you want to see them, they're a must!
It's rare to be able to see this many.
It depends on timing, but please let us know if you'd like to see them!
Our ever reliable kokeginpo (a small blenny)!
What a magnificent crest!
For nudibranchs...
◼︎ Haregiminoumiushi
◼︎ Nisehakusenminoumiushi
The water is still warm, so there aren't many nudibranchs, but...
if you search hard, it's becoming the season when they gradually start to appear!
Both days were really fun in the sea!
We look forward to diving with you again.
Thank you so much 😊
Tomorrow we're heading to Ogi for the first time in a while!
I wonder what the sea will be like?
Can't wait 🐟
Little by little, it's becoming the season when it's nice to have something to throw on (a windbreaker or similar).
