Today, partly because of the typhoon...
we wanted to go to the kobudai (Asian sheepshead wrasse) site, but we went to the Ogi sites again today 💦
Today we did a topography dive, swimming through holes...
and looking for macro subjects!
◾️Kiiro umiushi (a yellow nudibranch)
It's a nudibranch that's rare in Sado; like the seasonal visitor fish, it can be seen in autumn.
◾️Toushima kokeginpo (a small blenny)
They come in all sorts of colors like black, red and brown, so looking for them is fun too 😊
◾️Seahorse
Found at a shore dive site!
Our guest had never seen a seahorse, so I'm really glad we found one!
◾️Himesemiebi (a small slipper lobster)
A cute face that looks like it has a little mustache!
I wish I could have taken a better shot...
It lives in deep, dark spots, so it was quite hard to photograph...
◾️Jawfish
The way it keeps its mouth hanging wide open is just so cute!
I tried my best to shoot it with a little background blur!
There was a bit of current, but...
perhaps thanks to that, visibility was clearer than yesterday!
