Good evening, this is Koide from Freeway's Sado shop!
Time for an ocean update after a long break!
I've been diving all along but just couldn't get around to posting. I'm finally making a comeback!
The cherry blossoms are blooming all over Sado. I keep pulling the car over to gaze at the scenery. Today we ran 2 boat dives at Kitakoura. It was quite windy, but there was almost no effect underwater, and apart from the cold, the diving has been comfortable.
The kijihata (red spotted grouper) barely moved, staying still in the shade of the rocks. The kurosoi (black rockfish) have gotten really big bellies, so it looks like they'll give birth soon! As always, the polyps of the corals and sea anemones are fully open. Up close, they're so beautiful!
Even more memorable, though: I realized at the site that I had left my dry suit at the shop. A day of despair... (sweat)
I'm full of gratitude to everyone who helped me out!
